What you'll need (serves 4-5):
800g meat of your choice (red meat recommended)
1 onion (pureed)
1Tbs garlic paste
1Tbs ginger paste
1 tomato (finely diced)
2Tbs Greek yoghurt
250ml thickened cream
3tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
1.5-2 tsp korma spice mix
1Tbs ground cashews or almonds (optional but recommended)
Ingredients: coriander, fennel, cloves, tumeric, cinnamon, cumin, pepper, chilli, cardamom, nutmeg, star anise, bay leaf.
*may contain traces of nuts

Been waiting for this for day's.....Beef Korma Curry. Celina Chapman creation of course. If I was a curry junkie I would have snorted the spice mix....oh my it smells devine! Totally delicious I have never had Korma but what a way to start!
