Our Story

Hi,

I'm Celina, mum of 5, lover of all things food related and the founder of Celina's Pantry. I'm thrilled to be joining you in the kitchen!

My culinary journey began as a young adult, when my passion for food and the diverse flavors of the world started to flourish. Cooking for my family and friends brought me immense joy, and I knew that sharing my food with as many people as possible would be a dream come true!
Fast forward to the end of 2022, when I launched my spice range... and people actually LOVED it... Well, let's just say I'm living my dream, and the smile on my face couldn't be any wider, thanks to the thousands of customers who have welcomed me and my spices into their kitchens.

I am proud to say that each of my products is handcrafted with love by me , in a quaint country town on the mighty Macleay River NSW. My affection for my hometown runs deep; though I did not spend my childhood years here, it has become my home. This place has nourished me, molded me, and allowed me to flourish and share. It instilled in me the confidence to showcase my talents, forming the foundation of what I now call "Celina's Pantry."

With this newfound confidence, I embarked on a quest to recreate everyone's favourite Indian dishes. My journey began with the basic knowledge passed down to me from my Fijian-Indian family, yet there was still much to learn to achieve my vision of the perfect spice range.

Coming from a single-income family that has faced financial challenges, it was so important to me that my spices be affordable for the average family. I made a promise to myself to ensure that EVERYONE can afford to eat well, regardless of their financial situation and without compromising on quality. Thats why my spice kits stretch so far and don't contain any preservatives or fillers.

And now, here I am, sharing my love of food with all of you, living the dream! How blessed I am!
